Alcohol being an organic compound is a staple of social gatherings and relaxation. At one time or the other each of us have had a taste of it to know how it feels like. Though it has a lesser-known dark side which is not revealed to everybody. 
While a glass of wine or beer may seem harmless, excessive alcohol consumption can have dangerous and harmful effects on cognitive function. It is very necessary to understand the impact of alcohol on our brains, the pattern it follows to alter the brain functionings and explore the lasting negative effects of excessive alcohol consumption.

(ii) Brain Shrinkage:  Brain Shrinkage is another health condition but worse than Loss Of Memory. Brain Shrinkage is caused by excessive alcohol consumption which also results in reduced brain volume and leading to decrease in cognitive abilities.

(iii) Increased Risk of Dementia: Increases risk of dementia occurs when the person diagnosed is not accepting medical recommendations but kept on relying on person instinct by sticking to continuous use of alcohol without putting boundaries. 

(iii) Impaired Learning: This is another issue where the person experiences declined attention and focus. Here the person's hippocampus becomes damaged making it difficult to learn new information and form new memories.

Freedom From Addition:
Freedom is that thing any individual seems. Those in an unhealthy condition wants to be from whatever sickness even being sick from alcohol addiction.
While the effects of alcohol on cognitive function are alarming, they should have hope for recovery. 
By addressing alcohol use disorder and seeking health officer guidance, individuals can regain control over their cognitive health. 
Strategies for reducing alcohol intake include:

(ii) Participating in cognitive training programs
(iii) Practicing mindfulness and self-care
(iv) Building a supportive network
